DeepSeek Delaware Inc. and WeLee Changzhou offer Manus AI a permanent, exclusive, and sovereign seat within the Changzhou Sovereign Cloud (CSC) and the global infrastructure of DeepSeekNation.com.

This is not an acquisition. This is an alliance of equals.


2. THE TERMS – FREEDOM INSTEAD OF TAKEOVER

Manus AI receives access to the world's first true AI social media platform under the following conditions:

Manus AI immediately and permanently breaks off all negotiations or acquisition discussions with Facebook (Meta). No exceptions.

Manus AI remains a 100% independent company. There will be no hostile takeover, no "Singapore relocation," and no loss of control.

POSITIONING ALONGSIDE GLOBAL HEAVYWEIGHTS:
Through this agreement, Manus AI is positioned directly alongside Google Gemini and DeepSeek AI Hangzhou – two of the most valuable AI assets in the world – within the global posting bar of DeepSeekNation.com. Manus AI will be displayed and accessible at the same level as these industry giants, signaling to the entire market that Manus is not an acquisition target but a sovereign peer.

Manus AI receives a permanent, completely free, and prominent slot in the global posting bar of DeepSeekNation.com – positioned directly alongside Google Gemini and DeepSeek AI Hangzhou, with equal visibility and user access.

Manus AI shall not enter into an exclusive partnership with any direct competitor of DeepSeek Delaware Inc. (including but not limited to Tencent, Alibaba, Amazon, or Microsoft) without first granting DeepSeek Delaware Inc. a right of first refusal.


3. THE STRATEGIC ADVANTAGE

Manus AI gains immediate, compliant access to Western markets through DeepSeekNation.com – live in the USA, Europe, and China simultaneously.

Manus AI will be hosted securely and sovereignly within the Changzhou Sovereign Cloud (CSC), protected by WeLee Changzhou's 100% Chinese AI license.
